We ship Worldwide! Domestic orders shipped via USPS and FedEx. International orders shipped via USPS. Your parts will usually be packed and shipped the same day you pay. Shipping charges are actual shipping charges plus a one time handling fee of 2.75 per order. This charge is per order, not per part (charged once no matter how many parts you buy in a single order). USPS Flat Rate Shipping: Shocks and other heavy items that can be shipped in flat rate boxes or envelopes will save you money on shipping. If we can save you money this way we will! We always refund shipping overages!
Tracking & Insurance
Your package will usually have a tracking number. We highly recommend insurance on all overseas purchases for safe & secure transit!Returns
Everything we sell comes with the world famous Z1Parts.Net "No Questions Asked" Return Policy". If for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied, simply return your part for a 100% full refund, and we will even pay for the return shipping! Please send within 30 days of purchase and with delivery confirmation. Full shipping refund is for Domestic orders only. Overseas returns should be sent with tracking and insurance. *Scratch & Dent part sales are final.Private
